About
Tania Shephard has over 20 years of experience in international development, specializing in the co-design of participatory, community-based initiatives in partnership with civil society, government, and private sector actors. Her work has focused on Latin America and the Caribbean, with experience living and working in more than 13 countries, including Chile. She first travelled to Rapa Nui in 2000 and has enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate on local initiatives on Rapa Nui, including FREYJA.
